I like the convenience and how i can easily communicate and get in to see the doctor. Dr. Kristy is very direct in her communication and open to listening to the patient. Her nurse is very kind. They respond quickly to messages and inquiries and you can rely on them for timely replies. I prefer direct and cooperative and Dr. Kristy is both. If you like direct communication, being in charge of your own health, and having a doctor who is no nonsense and cooperates with your health goals, then this is your clinic. The entire staff is amazing. Everyone was kind and patient and extremely helpful. I'm pretty new to this clinic, changing longtime doctor is hard, but Dr. Lelcu made it much less stressful for me than I was anticipating.
