They got us in right away and worked with our insurance (it's a weird one). The dr even offered a medication to prevent swimmers' ear in the future, since it's something we deal with regularly. We recently switched to Northstar for our family. Our previous provider left the clinic we were going to. It was so hard, after finding a provider you really trusted and having them leave.
