i felt Dr Lelcu was fantastic as a survivor of DV and SA, and as a neurodivergent person who forgets things and doesn't understand medical/insurance things. the entire staff was really gentle with me and took a lot of time with me. i didn't read reviews before my appointment and am honestly super surprised about the bad impressions from others. maybe i had a different experience because i scheduled online and put a note to please go easy on me. i would definitely consider their staff to be trauma-informed and knowledgeable and gentle.

I like the convenience and how i can easily communicate and get in to see the doctor.  Dr. Kristy is very direct in her communication and open to listening to the patient.  Her nurse is very kind.  They respond quickly to messages and inquiries and you can rely on them for timely replies. I prefer direct and cooperative and Dr. Kristy is both.  If you like direct communication,  being in charge of your own health, and having a doctor who is no nonsense and cooperates with your health goals,  then this is your clinic. I went in for an Urgent Care situation. I got in right away and Dr Katie was amazing. The entire staff is amazing. Everyone was kind and patient and extremely helpful. So thankful to have this level of care in our neck of the woods.
