After feeling like a number every time I visited my clinic I began my search for a physician that took the time to talk with me regarding my health, I found what I was looking for with Dr Kristy Lelcu at North Star Family Medicine. I have been a patient there for over two years and I could not be more pleased. Prior to finding this clinic I put off going in for physicals etc unless I had no choice. I now feel like I am not just a number. Dr Lelcu and all of her staff are pleasant and responsive to phone calls or messages. I no longer avoid making an appt when needed. They got us in right away and worked with our insurance (it's a weird one). The dr even offered a medication to prevent swimmers' ear in the future, since it's something we deal with regularly. We recently switched to Northstar for our family. Our previous provider left the clinic we were going to. It was so hard, after finding a provider you really trusted and having them leave. I am so happy we found North Star. Dr Kristy and Dr Ashley are amazing. I feel so comfortable and understood by them and have had amazing experiences. All of the staff is very welcoming and pleasant.
