We all have days that we give in and have a Snaccident.

How to recover after binge eating:
- Hydrate, hydrate, hydrate
- Fill up on high-fiber, nutrient-rich foods and lean protein
- Eat regular meals and snacks, and avoid going long hours without eating
- Get active
- Hit the sack (not the SNACK!)
- Give mindful eating a try
