Vlad Lelcu’s journey to the United States is one of courage, ambition, and dedication. Born in Romania, Vlad made the life-changing decision to move to the US about a decade ago, seeking new opportunities and a brighter future. While his parents and two younger brothers still reside in Europe, Vlad has found his home here, where he has built a life with his wife, Dr. Kristy Lelcu, at North Star Family Medicine.
At North Star Family Medicine, Vlad serves as the Clinic Administrator, overseeing all non-medical aspects of running the practice with precision and care. From managing finances and inventory to handling payroll and human resources, Vlad ensures that the clinic operates smoothly, allowing our medical staff to focus on what they do best – providing exceptional care to our patients.
What sets Vlad apart is not just his professional acumen, but his unwavering commitment to putting a personal touch on medicine. He understands that healthcare is about more than just treating symptoms – it’s about building relationships, fostering trust, and empowering patients to take control of their health journey. Vlad’s dedication to this philosophy is evident in every aspect of his work, and we are incredibly fortunate to have him on our team.
