North Star Family Medicine Franchise Opportunity

North Star Family Medicine is offering franchises to physicians interested in owning and operating an independent practice in Minnesota. North Star Family Medicine successfully launched a franchise clinic and is looking for 8-10 physicians with an entrepreneurial spirit to further refine the franchise model of medicine by developing and testing a startup and clinic processes that ensures the continued success of future clinic openings.

The Franchise includes:
  • Branding of the medical practice
  • Financial projections and a business plan template to assist with obtaining financing
  • Marketing
  • Connections to vendors proven to assist in creating and maintaining a successful medical practice
  • Policy and procedure manuals
  • Training of both clinic and administrative staff
  • Support of quality programs, ACO’s and CMS initiatives
  • Billing practice education
  • Encouragement to create the Physicians desired medical practice

Clinics are Physician owned and capped at a total of five physicians, physician assistants or nurse practitioners. Practices are limited to a 30-mile radius and/or based on population density in metropolitan areas from one another. Physicians control the daily operations of the clinic and patient management. The Franchisor assists with marketing, connecting vendors and providing support to the practice.

The Physician can practice independently with the support of other physicians in the network, services provided by proven vendors and assistance from the Franchisor to create and manage the medical practice of their dreams.

We are approved by the Small Business Association and listed on the SBA Franchise Directory to assist with obtaining financing for the franchised clinic.
