As I reflect on the past 4 years of business, I appreciate the dedication our staff brings to the clinic daily. They support the vision of North Star Family Medicine and have created the processes and procedures leading to a positive patient experience.
Daily, the staff goes above and beyond expectations and keep us focused. One of the best compliments I received from a patient and fellow business owner was how low our employee turnover is in the clinic. He noted that every time he came in, the same staff were present and reminded me that this is hard to do in the current employee market. At times I feel I take this fact for granted.
My favorite days in clinic are when we are busy and staff is coordinating care efficiently with passion and caring for patients. I hear them laughing, chatting, and working as a team and I know our patients are going to return in the future.
